This place is a total gem for musicians on the Front Range. Friendly and very talented staff, beautiful facilities to accommodate a wide variety of music/video projects, and at generously reasonable rates. I had an album mastering session with Tom Capek, and he was able to get a clarity and polish from my mixes I didn’t imagine was possible. Jess was super helpful in making the session a reality. I’d previously assumed receiving help at a professional studio like this was out of my price range, but this place makes it accessible even for musicians on a budget to avail themselves to a team of seasoned pros and gear fully capable of helping take your music to the next level, and who are relied upon by established artists alike. I literally went from countless hours in my bedroom with an entry-level setup, not being able to tell up from down with my mixes at times, to watching a studio wizard execute the finishing touches on high-end gear, and hearing it played back in a room with acoustics that feel like heaven. The auditory sensations of being in studio B, even without making a sound, were so nice. Tom was very generous with his time and knowledge, and patiently took the time to teach me things about mixing (and mastering) I had no idea about, and plan to put to good use on my next album. I feel like what I got was worth much more than what I paid. Highly recommended!

This place is a hidden gem. The studios are spacious and beautiful, and the folks that work there are so nice. I’m used to recording in stuffy little closet-sized sound booths and then I record here they make me feel like I’m just as important as the big-time artists they work with.

You literally can't get any better when Jess works with you from the gate. She makes you feel like family as she walks you through the Colorado Sound experience. Sincerity and professionalism are characteristics of the teams approach to achieving your maximum potential as an artist and there is nothing she won't do to let you know your music here is their highest priority.
The whole spot is warm and comforting. It's perfect to put you in the right atmosphere to make a great product. Whether your in studio A, B, rehearsal or webcast room- you'll be impressed with their top notch gear and amazing audio design.
I personally recorded with engineer Jesse O' Brian and I got beyond what I was looking for. He took my songs and made them go further than I ever could have dreamed. They sound like the artist's I want to be a part of! I really can't believe it, Thanks Jesse! I'm glad I choose the producer package.
Before you go anywhere else in Denver, whatever style you are, call Jess for a tour here. They are affordable, modern, and the real deal. They are versatile talented musicians themselves so they understand, care, and will stop at nothing to make sure your music shines because they've been there. When it comes to mixing and production- they have "IT."

Thank you for playing such a fantastic variety of music. I spend a lot of time in my car for work and not having to hear Guns n Roses every 10 minutes is a blessing. I’ve been a fan of Calexico since 2005 and hearing them on your station is a treat. Kudos.
