I went Southside store at 7:40PM and the two store associate were very unprofessional and didn’t seem they wanted to help. One was pretty much rushing me and when I asked her for assistance on a Christmas tree, she just told me that they were sold out. Then I started walking and there were the trees that she said they were sold out without even looking to make sure. She just didn’t want to assist me. Then I went to pay and I did not know that I had to check my own stuff and the associate right in front of me did not even acknowledge me to assist me. I asked her if I had to check my self out and in the beginning kinda ignore me. Until I asked her again, then without saying a word she just started scanning my stuff. I said to her why everyone was so rude and then she pretty much just half scan my stuff and walked away. This is my first time that I had gone to Michael’s and had the worst experience ever. If they don’t like their jobs then they should not be working there.

Susan my check-out person explained the only way for me to check-out is through her not self-service, yet my white brother who asked the same question i did was able to self check out using a credit card. When he asked why I couldn't do self check-out, Susan ignored him, Thanks Michael's for making this tough season of loss my family is dealing with even more unpleasant

I bought number balloons and within me walking to my car the number 4 popped, number 2 was fine.
I went back it and the guy was extremely nice and got me another 4 for free.
Well, within having that balloon for less than 3 hours the 4 popped again.

Idk if it is the brand or number but it’s extremely frustrating trying to surprise someone with balloons and you now have to go buy another one last minute.

Again, I’m not sure if it’s the brand or number but it’s a frustrating situation.
Hopefully it doesn’t happen again and I was a fluke situation but I thought people might want to know lol.

Stopped back in the create a military shadow box...great employees who hands on helped. Continues to be a 5 ⭐ shopping experience.

What's not to love. Had everything we were looking for and then some. Bill needed 4x6 photo sheets for about 100 pictures and I needed a few 4x6 small 36 or less photo books. We found both mine were $1.99 each and Bill's sheets were $11.99. I then found gift box's at 70% off plus a few more things. This is a great crafts place and will return as we are looking to do a box photo of some of Bill's military things including his badge from his time in the USAF.

Steven and the other young lady’s that worked tonight were very helpful. I called the store before coming in to see if they had white long sleeved shirts in stock, and they took the time to thoroughly search and let me know that indeed there were some in stock. They were very kind and welcoming. 10/10 experience.
