Went to practice mixing on their decks (CDJs), hour and a half for two of us and rented headphones all for ¥1500, super friendly staff and very easy process. didn't need to reserve but probably best to phone ahead to check. Able to bring in drinks, but there is also some drinks available there - recommend!

This place is damn near perfect. I say that because, despite being a small space to have live performances and usually closing at 12 midnight, it has such show diversity and provides such a great space of support to up-and-coming musicians (totally necessary in Japan) that I just have to love it. It is also just a place for locals to hang out and talk. There's a super cheap vending machine with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in it. On weekends, they have started having a bar with a small selection of drinks on Fridays and Saturdays at the cool roof space. They have DJ parties also on weekends and sometimes they stay open pretty late. The place is also a music studio with rooms that can be rented for practicing in the day, for which they provide instruments and extras as well. They have a little shop at the cashier with strings, batteries, and other necessities for instruments. The bathroom is cleaned thoroughly, along with the rest of the studios every night after it closes. It is my favorite place to be in Koenji.

Really nice Studio that offer a large variety of DJ gear.
It is really simple to make the reservation online and the staff is very friendly. You can access to different studio (the best is Room D for djing) and you can reserve a bar (Room C) in advance to make private parties. Its is actually cheap if you make the reservation the day before or the actual day for 2 people or less.
I greatly recommend if you want to practice with pro dj gear in Tokyo !

サックスの個人練習で利用
祭日ながらも500円/1時間と格安で利用できました。
屋上にはバーベキュースペースが有ります。
駅そばでバンド練習とバーベキューパーティーが同時に楽しめる他にはないスタジオ。
手指消毒のスタンドがナイスアイディア!

5 min walk from Koenji station. You can rent instruments, play drums, guitars, bass guitars, keyboards, piano also a DJ room. They sell some stuff also, like drumsticks, earplugs, guitar pics etc. On the roof they have a nice balcony where you can chill. Also some parties are held there. Awesome place with friendly staff. Some of them speak good English.

JR高円寺駅近でリーゾナブルなスタジオです。ジャズセッションやドラムレッスンも開催しています。
年々ドムさんとの関わりが深くなっています。月に4、5回訪れるようになっています。星の数も増えて五つにしました。バンド練習の場所から始まり、ドラムクリニックやセッションイベント。屋上テラスのバーは最高です。単なるスタジオではなく、音楽好きのロビーであり、修行の場であり、憩いの場でもあります。

音楽スタジオの枠を超えた、ある種の文化的発信基地。個性的な人たちが行き交うその場所は、往年の音楽に感じ取れる”匂い“がある。しかし決して保守的な印象はなく、かえってそれが新しさを迎えていると感じた。ミュージシャンは勿論、音楽好きは1度は訪れて欲しい場所。(イベント結構やっているみたいですぜ！)
