This was the best thing we did with our old cassette tapes! Robert was beyond easy to work with! The process is seamless, and if you are okay to send them off and wait... you'll find yourself months later remembering you sent those off and it is the best surprise! We have loved sitting as a family watching old videos with the website Home Video Studio provides! This was worth every $ for a timeless memory of being able to watch our old camcorder tapes! I couldn't recommend them enough!

Who doesn't love to hear children laughing? Even when they're 30? YES! What a wonderful Christmas visit we had with my son and daughter with hours of childhood VHS tapes converted to digital. Piano recitals, swim meets, school interviews, skiing and skateboarding, all that kid stuff that happens so fast came back to life. Oh, did we laugh and love each other all over again.

And it was oh, so easy. A phone call to HVS with my needs, directions for shipping, then box them up and make payment. Robert was so helpful and delightfully professional. When the episodes were received, I couldn't have been happier, exactly what I expected. Now we all have access and copies to enjoy. I just returned from UPS where I shipped a second box of tapes. Can't wait to view them . . . or maybe wait for next Christmas.

I wouldn't hesitate to use this service. A personable staff and reasonably priced, what's not to like. Highly recommend.

I came here to have family video on DVD put into a more usable form. He downloaded them onto a website that my family could access. The unfortunate part is that he charged me $1000 to have this done and didnt tell me that I would be charged monthly to have access to these videos. Now I feel like I have no other choice than to continue to pay monthly access my own videos.

Robert Hanley does not pay his bills. He owes me over $4,000 and refuses to pay for his awards at the Clearwater Convention. I hope he reconsiders and pays before he gets sued!!!
