Hecho Gallery is unique in the entire Santa Fe Art Gallery scene! Their space on W. Palace Ave, just off the plaza and a stone’s throw from the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, represents artists of an extremely high caliber. Artists they represent are a fresh and eclectic group curated by the strong vision of the gallery’s director. The work on display simply cannot be matched by other Santa Fe Galleries. Price ranges for artworks vary from very modest prices for small items to well-priced larger works that that can fit almost any art buyers’ range. Staff at the gallery are also friendly and approachable. The gallery’s openings are not just to display work – they’re a slice of life where you can connect with living artists and art-enthusiasts deeply interested in a large array of issues and subjects. If you only have time to visit one gallery in Santa Fe, this is the place to go!

The best gallery experience of our visit to Santa Fe yet! We went on first Friday and saw Daniel Mccoy’s latest exhibit. And also many other diverse artist’s work. So thankful that they served up sparkling water and a non alcoholic drink option for the event. The DJ was great too! Definitely stop by to see contemporary works!

Hecho Gallery is always my number one recommendation for people from out of town. Santa Fe is known as art town but a lot of the galleries can get kind of repetitive in what they show. Hecho Gallery is a breath of fresh air! They also have fun events like live drawing nights and art talks.

Hecho Gallery is a great new addition to the Santa Fe art scene. The staff is warm and welcoming, the space is beautiful, and the art is wonderfully curated. I have purchased several pieces here and always look forward to their Friday night openings. They also have interesting events during the year such as artist talks, paint outs, and workshops. How fortunate to have found this gem on Palace Avenue. Upon entering, I was greeted so warmly and was equally impressed by the talent represented! Martha's knowledge about each artist and her passion in creating such a visual experience, had me leaving with a piece of my own...now a favorite! If you have been to Santa Fe or are going, this gallery is truly unique and should be on your list of things to do.
