We booked here because we had an early morning flight and this hotel was well located. Also, the room had a double bed and two twins, perfect for our family of four. The room was clean and modern. Plenty of towels were provided. Soap/shampoo/body wash in the bathroom. Free shuttle to the airport (and the driver was friendly too!). The downstairs bar was a nice place for a drink and a break. Plenty of food options walking distance from the hotel. Front staff were helpful and friendly. Air conditioning! The only problem we had was water leaking out from under the shower door onto the bathroom floor, so we used towels to block the flow. Also, the beds were very firm, and the pillows not so comfortable--- fine for one or two nights, but maybe not for a long term stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This was the absolute worst hotel experience of my life. I had a reservation but lost my bag with my cards on the way there. It was pouring rain, and the blonde receptionist (short curly hair) didn't care one bit.

I begged her. I offered to pay by link, by phone, with a family member's card, ANYTHING. She refused everything. She didn't lift a finger to help and had zero compassion. Her customer service was non-existent.

Because of her, I had to spend the night outside in the cold rain. She is the worst, most inhuman receptionist ever. The hotel should be ashamed for employing someone so cruel. Save yourself the trouble and stay anywhere else.

We liked the hotel but unfortunately there was only 1 member of staff on and she was having to cover check in, answer calls, bar service & kitchen service. How can this be allowed to happen on a Saturday evening when you know you’re going to be busy. This is not the service I would expect from any hotel.
We really felt sorry the staff member!

1. There was no transport arrangement for pickup from the airport to the hotel. Only a shared taxi service was arranged for the return trip to the airport, and it was shared with other unknown hotel guests.
2. The elevator was out of service from the day I arrived (31/5/25) until the day I left (14/6/25). I had to carry my luggage (nearly 30 kg) up and down the stairs on both the first and last days of my stay.
3. The room access card occasionally did not work when I returned from work. I experienced this at least 3 to 4 times during the first week and had to walk down to the reception each time to get the card reactivated.
4. The breakfast selection was limited. I hope there will be more variety available in the future.
5. There was no bottle water (drinking water), electric kettle, slipper, iron and iron board in the room. I hope this can be made available next time.

Great hotel . Our 3rd stay . Especially with early flight . They will arrange car for free for airport drop off 📴. Not for pick up . Excellent bedding, very quite eventhough its located in the centre . Amazing pillows . Accor hôtels know how to prepare the bed ..I love all Accor hôtels .

You tell them what time you need your car while you at check in . They will prepare all even 330 am staff will prepare breakfast for you . Continental breakfast Good coffee , croissant and orange juice as food courts in Basel airport is awfully expensive 🫰.

Excellent customer service, lots of restaurants around from Indian to Alsace speciality restaurant. Centre of the saint louis town . You can walk for 14 minutes sharp from the station you are right there .
