Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience

I contacted JJ from J2 Studio on July 25th regarding the construction of our new website. I had an in-depth conversation with JJ, lasting about 45 minutes, where I thoroughly explained our project and our expectations.

JJ assured me that he would get back to me shortly with a quote and their proposal. However, it has now been two weeks, and despite five attempts to reach out via phone calls, voice messages, texts, and emails, I have received no response.

If J2 Studio is not interested in taking on my project, I would have appreciated knowing that upfront, rather than being left waiting with no communication. This experience has been a significant disappointment, especially from a company that has been in business for many years. The lack of professionalism is evident.

J2 Studio redesigned my company's website, and I can only describe it as the ideal experience. We spent time on the phone to discuss the goals of the new design and that was all perfectly translated to the final product. The work was excellent yet delivered in a timely manner, responses to questions were prompt & helpful, and every requested tweak was implemented. I am extremely pleased with the both the result and process. I would recommend J2 Studio to anyone seeking a solid web developer who also has an eye for web design.

I cannot say enough great things about working with J2 Studio. I recently worked with J2 to create a promotional brochure and I'm very happy with my overall experience with them.
