Someone recommended this shop for my bike repair, and I'm very glad they did. The service was excellent—friendly and knowledgeable staff, and my bike was ready the next day. Other shops had a one - to two-week wait time, so the quick turnaround here was a big plus. Highly recommend!

I went there to put air in my tire, and the service was exceptional. They helped me remove the tire from the car and reinstall it afterward. I only needed a connector, and the total cost was just $2.80. The air cap (free) and connector were both under $3—great value for the service! This is customer service we used to have! Highly recommend it!

The guy there was a total scam artist. I went in with a folding scooter you stand on, it had a flat 10" tube on the back, where there is no motor. Right off that start he told me it was a specialty item and he would have to bill for approximately 20 hours labor to fix the flat, which is $300. He said it takes multiple days working full time to repair the flat. I looked it up on YouTube and the do it yourself video was literally 2.5 minutes. The tire came off as easy as a bike tire, no tools needed. To put it back on in the video he used a cheap plastic shim, the tire was not tight around the rim like some are. The guy at the store still insisted it would take quite some time and is more complicated that that. He tried telling me the rim needs to be taken apart it splits into two pieces, which is doesn't. He said he could maybe let it slide for $200 in labor. They charge $15 an hour for labor max.. maybe $10 an hour UPDATE ------++++++++----i got it done somewhere else for $25 it took five minutes flat

I brought in 2 bikes that haven’t been used in years,I dropped them off with Jimmy the bike tech to have the tires & tubes replaced on both bikes as well as a look at how the mechanical was.He said he would call if any major items needed replacement,The bikes were ready the next day with all word done as mentioned,as well as adjustments done.The bikes work great,all done quickly & at a fair price Good Job Pitt meadows cycle,and a shout out to Jimmy…..Great customer service !!!!

Super friendly and helpful! Did my servicing in a day and did a little extra work included in the tune up price. They could have charged me for a brand new part, but instead, tweaked the one I have and saved me some dough. I absolutely recommend this shop! They have a good selection of bikes and gear available too!
