The ordering process is easy and the finished prints are physically a nice quality. It's clear that the actual photographer doesn't pay much attention the subject when capturing the images though. Last year there was a piece of glitter on my kids face that appeared in all pictures. This year my kid looks like they have just received terrible news. They look miserable and/or angry in every single picture. At least tell your subject to smile!

I recently had my photos printed at STU Studios, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The quality of the prints is outstanding, and the high-end frames truly elevate the final presentation. The staff were friendly, professional, and ensured that every detail was perfect most especially to Jan. I highly recommend Stu Studios and look for Jan. For anyone looking to preserve their precious memories in the best possible way. Will definitely be returning for more!

Very disappointed with the service! My son had photos done in February at Sevens Stadium for football. I’ve been in contact with them consistently since and I either get no reply or they tell me they are “in for approval”. They will not respond to emails. I’m unsure if the photos are lost? But I’d appreciate communication, we are moving and it was a special memory of his football team we won’t get. Do not recommend.

I had a very negative experience with Stu School Photography. The photos are significantly more expensive compared to other companies; we paid over 350 AED, yet they still charged us an additional 30 AED for delivery. When we opted to pick up the photos instead, the location in Al Quoz was unclear and confusing to navigate. We tried to communicate through the WhatsApp number they provided, but it was out of service. There were no signboards at the location, and no one was available to assist us. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company.

This company is a real scam.

The prices are extremely high, poor quality, you cannot order pictures without a frame, their website is not working properly under Chrome, you get "base charge" when you order pictures (really base charge and for what).

I will do all I can to convince the school to change the photo providers, it's a shame to take advantage on parents for the school pictures.

Honestly, 200 AED for a single pictures!!!! And don't tell me "we have value pack", because no body wants your value pack full of passport pictures, we want pictures from school so we can put them on our desks, or share with grand parents.

After waiting for my son’s soccer photos since February, and many emails back and forth, with little response, I was finally sent my sons photos that were in the “approval process” since May. After the long approval process, they were sent with the wrong child’s name/country flag. Continue to have no response from Stu Studios.

Exceptionally poor experience and poor service quality. I just got my daughter's school pictures. Had no choice and hence ordered the hard copy. The picture was so dull and uneven-toned. It is not worthy of keeping. It is shocking that these low-quality service delivery companies exist in UAE. Indeed, I sent a mail to the customer service and haven't even received a response so far. At the very least, I suggest that the schools or firms should go through these reviews before they agree to work with such companies, especially for the class photograph or any pictures to be cherished.
Pictures say stories... and if they are dull, the stories recalled will also be dry as dust! Be aware of that when you do each picture for a customer.
This nation (UAE) has a reputation for the quality of its companies, and customers trust their service as a result. These kind of firms should consider this to the core.
Just giving 1 Star, as there is no option to give Zero!!!
