Stu and the entire team has been nothing short of amazing! With the quick communication with Stu, he helped me and my wife find the best house for the best deal. He stayed within our budget, found us great places to look at, and was in constant contact with our lender from day one. His negotiation skills helped us get through inspection without a hiccup and his knowledge of the areas we looked helped us find a great neighborhood. Stu helped us buy our home in 2015 when houses were selling in a single weekend, and his advice and the hard work of his office ensured we had the best offer in a bidding war. We had such a great experience we wanted to work with the Galvis Group again to sell that home in 2022 - thanks to this incredible team we listed the house in 10 days and it sold for above asking price in yet again a squirrelly market! Just closed our 4th transaction with Galvis group and we could not be happier. I am a little surprised by the other reviews. Stu is highly sought after so he can be slow to respond at times, but when he maximizes the money we save/earn on real estate it does not matter that much.
Stu and his team are simply amazing! A HUGE upgrade from previous agents we have used. The local knowledge and in-depth understanding of real estate is second to none.

Stu is not the person to help you out when it comes to real estate. His references proved to be terrible. We moved in right before Christmas last year. Paid in full for the house. Had three different inspectors that were recommended by Stu. Basement flooded one week after we moved in. No help from Stu. He makes plenty of promises, and talks a lot, but not any action. He says you have all this extra protection by using him, but he offered us nothing more than a transaction broker would have. He took our money and ran.
He was very unprofessional, blaming the lack of communication from himself on his other agent who was trying to do right for us. I feel bad for her having to work for someone with such arrogance.
He tried to push us into several houses that we were not very exited about, then continued to give us attitude when we did not want to go forward with them.
The list goes on, but in short take your money elsewhere cause this guy is a joke.

Stu is a nice and smart agent that knows the market well. He also knows a lot about how to sell a house and market it well. During my sale not everything went well because i was living abroad and Stu was nice enough to make sure the movers got us out of our house. Needless to say, things didn't go according to plan and my wife and I ended up with a lot of missing things so I felt it could have been managed better by both the movers and by Stu and his team. Understanding that this was a difficult circumstance and there was plenty of blame to go around so I can't say this was all Stu's fault. In the end he made it right with us however we didn't get to resolution for 12 months. All in all Stu is a good agent, we just had some difficulty in a tough situation and to give him credit, he did eventually make things right for us so I would recommend him.
